  • All artworks and prints for sale come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed by the artist.

  • Yes, of course. If the work is not framed, when you purchase it, you can let us know that you want the work framed. If the work is already framed, we will send you a picture of it.

  • You have 14 days to return the work after its delivery. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the art work. If the work has been shipped, refund will be issued only after the work has been returned to the artist in its original condition.

  • All credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.), Paypal and bank transfer.

  • Once the payment has been processed, the artwork is reserved for you. We will contact you right away to confirm its availability and delivery times.

  • Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your order by email before the shipment. Once the art work been shipped, the standard cancellation period applies - 14 days after delivery. If the work has been shipped, refund will be issued only after the work has been returned to the artist in its original condition.

  • Typical delivery time - within 7 to 10 days of shipment.

    Delivery time may vary depending on the country of departure and the country of destination of the products bought and whether a framing has been added to your order.

  • Made-to-order products, such as a commissioned artwork and custom pieces are not eligible for return or refund.

    However, once the commission is ready for shipment, we will ask you to confirm based on the photo of the final work . Once you confirm, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

  • You will receive a refund EXCEPT the shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
